Our client is a market leader Real Estate. They are looking for a Property Manager to assist the team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at

Central

of Singapore- easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team managing building operations and outsourced services (M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control). Supervise staff and vendors, ensuring maintenance and services meet standards. Conduct inspections, recommend improvements, and manage preventive/corrective maintenance. Prepare reports, review contracts, and evaluate vendor performance. Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with Green Mark standards. Plan fire drills and SCDF-required exercises, including CERT training. Oversee budgets for operations and capital expenditures. Liaise with authorities for licenses/certificates and maintain records. Manage tenant relations, fit-outs, renovations, and requests. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Building Services, Building Management, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
