Job Description
Our esteemed client is a leading company in the Tech Solution industry and looking for talent to join them as a Property Manager in Singapore, East (Newly created role)
- Supply side mandate for land search and development activities for Data Center Business APAC
- Pre-Investment Due-Diligence on land bank and green/brownfield projects
- Development Planning experience in data center
- Statutory Approvals experience
- Program Management
- Procurement and property lease management
Job Requirement
- Degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or its equivalent
- Min 7 years of relevant real estate operations experience, including a successful track record of overseeing the management of a portfolio of properties
- Must possess the understanding of all the legal steps and due diligence required for land and building leasing & purchasing and the license required etc
- Possesses good knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services
- Prefer someone who has APAC experience
