Coordinate the LOI and tenancy agreement signing process.
Coordinate the handover of new tenancy leases with the landlord / landlords agent, including for items such as cleanliness, makegood and faulty items. Documenting the handover such as photographing and recording defects.
Coordinating access for AC service contractors.
Liaising with housekeepers on any quality issues.
Maintaining contacts for emergency contractors (locksmith, electrical, plumber etc).
Providing physical access when required to properties for interior designers, furniture deliveries, housekeepers, and other contractors.
Dealing with management committees on various items, such as for deliveries, renovation works, deposits etc.
Coordinate tenant handover including providing keys etc.
Inspect apartments prior to new tenant handover to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate e-stamping and utilities.
Managing and updating checklists to improve efficiency and reduce risk, such as with guest satisfaction.
Maintain document filing system for material documents and photographs.
Maintain key register.
Continuously seek opportunities to lower operational costs through obtaining alternative quotes and providers for various services and negotiating better rates as scale increases.
