Responsibilities:

Oversee the team in the management and maintenance of buildings and common properties.
Administer tenancy/lease-related matters.
Managing yearly budgets and doing presentations
Work closely with councilors, residents, grassroots organizations, and relevant government agencies.

Requirements:

Degree in Building Services / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business or other building-related degrees
Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications welcome to apply
Candidates with more years of the relevant position will be considered for a senior role
Must be a team player with high integrity, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
