Job Description

General Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of property management for a portfolio of industrial assets assigned under the care of the candidate.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the properties in terms of preventive maintenance, budget and Net Property Income performance, and implementation of organisation\xe2\x80\x99s policies.
• Understanding and aligning with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s requirements on all aspects i.e. ISO, WSH, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation etc. and ensure that the assets perform to these requirements and policies
• Responsible for managing all service contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the assets.
• Ensure that the assets assigned to the candidate meets the required efficiency and complies with all local codes and authorities\xe2\x80\x99 regulations.
• Prepare management reports, documents and tracking where necessary.
• Assist in Asset Enhancement Initiatives, including budgeting, preparation of specifications and seeking approval from management.
• Working with internal stakeholders (e.g. Leasing, Asset Management) in delivering quality services to the satisfaction of our tenants.
• Drive innovation and other projects where required to support the department in achieving excellence in property management
• You are expected to perform additional responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time as your role matures and progresses over time.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in Building / Facilities / Property Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with Authority Compliance (i.e. SCDF, PUB, BCA etc.) relevant to Property Management
• Good vendor and customer management skills
• Knowledge and experience in driving sustainability, Green Mark Scheme
• Good technical knowledge in M&E systems (e.g. ACMV, lifts, electrical, sanitary & plumbing)
• Experience in managing AEI, R&R Projects, FSM Certification would be a plus
