Provide leadership to a team of Property Officers in the day-to-day facilities management operations and effectively carry out the functions and duties.
Inspect routine maintenance/improvement works and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
Establish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with relevant agencies and other contractors.
Any other duties is assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements & Attributes
Minimum Bachelor\'s degree qualified in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 3 years in estate management.
Able to provide strong leadership to a team of Property Officers.
Good Knowledge of accounting, contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements with regards to township properties.
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
Working on Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
