Job Description

• Singapore Based (North / Northeast / Buona Vista area)
• 5.5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm + OT, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm + OT)
• Min Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.

Job scope:You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works.
