Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate meetings with property stakeholders, including annual gatherings, and maintain accurate documentation for seamless communication.
Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities performed by service providers, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with vendors on regular upkeep, urgent fixes, and overall technical assistance to keep properties running efficiently.
Handle parking facility management, from revenue collection to customer support services.
Take on additional tasks as directed by leadership to support operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:

A diploma or certification in facilities management, engineering, or a similar field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in property or building maintenance.
A self-motivated individual who thrives on responsibility and can deliver results with minimal supervision.
