Job Description
Assist in the management and maintenance of commercial complex
Conduct inspection and coordinate the preventive maintenance works with the contractors Ensure that all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule and are in good working condition Handle enquiries from shop tenants/lessees and the general public on matters relating to the site.Requirements:
At least Nitec in Facilities Management/M&E/Electrical with 1-2 years of relevant experience
