In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium
Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate
Lead technician in the troubleshooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works
Ensure proper execution of maintenance activities by the contractors
Deliver necessary monthly/quarterly reports
Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
Ensure all residents' feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
