Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions
Prepare, evaluate and recommend for contract / quotation works
Carry out all work functions to the highest standard expected for the client
Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records
Manage service providers in cleaners, security and landscape
Attend to residents' feedback and complaints
Manage facilities booking
Job Requirements
* Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services / managing strata-titled properties (condominiums)
