Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility or building according to contractual requirements and corporate Systems and procedures.
Oversee the daily operations
To manage all outsourced contractors' performance and service level including but not limited to cleaning, security, landscape, etc;
Carry out inspections and enforcements
To handle residents' complaints / enquiries and provide appropriate solutions to follow up residents' issues & prepare management reports
Manage the team of term contractors, conduct meetings and resolve site issues
Requirements
Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline
* Minimum 2 year's relevant experience in property management environment.
