Property Officer * Working Days: 12-hour shift schedule, 7.30AM-7.30PM or 7.30PM-7.30AM * Work 2 days AM shift, rest 2 days, followed by 2 days night shift and rest 2 days * Inclusive of Property Officer Working Days: 12-hour shift schedule, 7.30AM-7.30PM or 7.30PM-7.30AM Work 2 days AM shift, rest 2 days, followed by 2 days night shift and rest 2 days Inclusive of weekends and PH. PH in lieu will be given Location: Raffles Place Salary: $2,300 - $2,600 Jobscope: Provide first-level support of daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance. Supervise and inspect the works of the service providers (cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, car park and security). Work with internal Building Operations team in providing building resolutions during the fit-out phase or on tenants' feedback. Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC). Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately. Ensure that the carpark system is in order. Attend and manage any emergencies on site.
