Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.To conduct daily checks to ensure that the common areas are cleaned, and the landscape is maintained.To liaise with Client on matters related to the maintenance of the site(s)To conduct regular inspections with the term contractors (cleaning, pest control, fire protection system, landscape, lift/ escalators) to ensure that the services are carried out / maintained to the standard set by the Management and or the authorities.To conduct daily checks on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance.To propose / recommend improvement, repairs and upgrading works when appropriate and ensure that such are carried out properly when approved.Lead Technical Officers in the management and maintenance of the site. Monitors and ensures each staff discharges their duties diligentlyEnsure full compliance of Contract Specifications service level and KPIsVet documents and submissions for accuracy and quality before they are sent to ClientEnsure that Client\xe2\x80\x99s instructions are properly carried outEnsure that the Service are carried out in accordance with Client\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirementsEnsure public and tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and complaints are attended to according to the timeframe stipulatedPrepare and submit Management Reports to ClientAttend and follow up on crisis managementCollation of information required (upon instructed by Client) from the sitesConduct site inspections for each site at least once every weekEnsure that due diligence is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at siteEnsure that the maintenance regimes and schedules of the site are carried out as plannedPlan, organize and implement work programmes and projects as assigned by Client.Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works promptlyBudget, plan and execute yearly improvement worksEnsure the site is in good condition at all timesEnsure all facilities at the site are in good working condition at all timesEnsure all safety aspects, eliminating risk of damage and fallen objectsEnsure proper records of transactions and accounts relating to the management and maintenance of the site(s)Ensure car park operations is in orderEnsure staff on site follow-up with car park enforcementLiaise and resolve with car park operators on financial mattersLiaise and meet with tenants for tenancy renewals and/or feedbackArrears managementMonthly dialogue with tenants/customer engagementEnsure prompt delivery of services to Client and customers, including tenants, residents, motorists, grassroots organisation and shoppersManage the green leases at the sites which includes vetting through tenants\xe2\x80\x99 renovation commitment as stated in their leasesLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
