JOB PREREQUISTE
a. Diploma in Estate Management / Real Estate / Building / Project Management / Facilities Management / Mass Communication / Hospitality with minimum 5 years' (executive) / 3 years' (officer) relevant experience in managing similar size residential developments; or
b. Any other equivalent and relevant qualifications and experience; and
C. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Administrative Functions
(1) Assist the Head of Site in preparing for reports for council
meetings and general meetings of the Management
Corporation.
(2) Attend to inquiries and complaints.
(3) Upkeep documents and files in his or her care.
Financial Functions
(1) Requisition of quotations for repair and maintenance.
(2) Put up recommendation for repair and maintenance works for
approval.
(3) Issue work order and purchase order for repair and
maintenance work upon receiving approval.
(4) Furnish purchase orders and evidence of work completion for
payment of works.
Maintenance Functions
(1) Assists the Head of Site to execute work plan for all approved
works.
(2) Assist the Head of Site in monitoring of service providers'
performance and inform Head of Site of any short performance
from service providers - service providers' attendance,
compliance to service schedules.
(3) Conduct regular inspections and execute repair and
maintenance to upkeep the property in a good state and
operational condition.
