Job Title Property Officer
Summary Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.

About the Role

  • Manage the 5 outsourced SFM service providers to ensure that the common area maintenance works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements and planned preventive maintenance program.
  • Attend promptly to SFM related problems with emphasis on providing long term solutions.
  • Ensure all cleaning PPM tasks are scheduled and completed in a timely manner in the TAM system.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to check for facilities condition, chemical storage, irregularities, safety compliance, proper method statements etc.
  • Conduct monthly cleaning services performance inspection for all venues.
  • Provide administration support and prepare the FM reports, invoice verification, Minutes of Meeting, performance statistic reports, tonnage report, man-hours report, Safety Induction Course application etc.
  • Check and ensure all document required by SFM service providers are submitted on time.
  • To monitor the maintenance plans/schedules for soft FM services for cleaning, waste management and facade cleaning.
  • Conduct invitation to quote for the sourcing and procurement of ad hoc maintenance works. Also, support the SFM contract tender/ renewal process.
  • To monitor the performance of services vendors, subcontractors etc for delivery of soft FM services and adjust maintenance plans when necessary.
  • To administrate all finance related matters such as raising PR/SO.
  • Assist the team to develop and implement the project collaborations for the INCUBATE partnership program.
  • Render support and assistance to other venue events.
  • Any other duties that required by the reporting manager.
About You
  • Diploma in Project and Facilities Management.
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in Facilities Management related to Sports and Events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
