- More than 2 years of relevant working experience in soliciting commercial loans and preparing credit proposals
- Customer-oriented
- Driven and proactive demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
- Acquire and manage new clients (both corporate and individuals)
- Building and maintaining rapport with client accounts
- Preparing and submitting credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness and risk
- Collaborating with credit and backend teams to ensure accurate loan approvals/disbursements
- Proactive management, supervision, and monitoring of accounts.
