Our client is an established property developer with diverse portfolio of properties within hospitality and mixed-development/lodging assets. Their commitment to excellence has earned them a loyal customer base and positive industry image.

As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Property Services and Development Manager/Senior Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with the HQ and Site team and will be accountable for managing the facilities, projects, and construction policies and procedures for both the current developments and any new projects.
Responsibilties but are not limited to:
  • Oversee engineering, development, and property management for existing assets.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to on-site personnel, enforcing safety rules.
  • Develop and implement policies and practices, implement facilities management and documentation control.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure maintenance and KPIs are met.
  • Review and recommend improvement plans, and ensure efficient operation of all management and maintenance matters.
  • Organise, plan and set targets for construction activities, review construction requirements and methodology, optimise resource allocation and perform tender evaluation.
  • Track project budget, review variation orders, conduct co-ordination meetings and site visits .
  • Contribute in discussions regarding potential projects and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee Capital Expenditures such as proposal, budgeting, call/evaluate tenders and manage the implementation of projects.
Critical Requirements:
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in real estate development based in Singapore.
  • Experienced in managing technical due diligence and ownership/operations issues related to lodging assets, with exposure to various asset classes (structural, IT, building envelope, MEP, environmental, sustainability, vertical transportation, fire/life safety, development, and redevelopment matters, as well as providing reports on these issues).
  • Good team player with an ownership mentality, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
  • Certificates: Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certification and Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using MS Project, MS Office, and Autocad software.
  • Prior experience with consultancy firms will be an added advantage.
