Manage the daily operations of worker dormitories, including occupancy, maintenance, and compliance with MOM, NEA, and SCDF regulations.
Oversee company-leased accommodations, handling tenancy agreements, utility setups, and regular inspections.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams while addressing resident concerns and enforcing housing rules.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, facility upkeep, and emergency maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, incident reports, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
NITEC in facilities management or equivalent
