Location : Central
Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Flexible)
Salary Package: Starting salary per month depending on experience, AWS with VB, and Permanent Benefits + Mobile Allowance + 18AL
Job Scopes :
Proficient in M&E services and/or systems such as ACMV, Electrical, P&S, Chiller, etc. (non-exhaustive), and have the necessary technical know-how to manage, operate and troubleshoot.
To work with Manager to measure, collect data and verify performance of chilled water and air system.
Able to read and understand EMS (Energy Management System) and provide monthly trending and analysis of chiller consumption data including load profile and demands and recommend necessary adjustment and improvements.
To work with Manager to identify potential energy and utility wastages and recommends improvements to be taken
To work with Manager to develop and implement energy management programme to improve energy efficiency and utilities consumption including tracking monthly utility consumption and trend analysis for increase/decrease.
Assist the Manager to manage Contracts, supervise, monitor the performance of Term Contractors (TC) and ensuring that Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of M&E equipment in Suntec City, etc are carried out per specifications and submitted PPM Schedule. TC(s) and service provider(s) respond to incident and recover the services/systems in pre-determined KPIs.
To work with Manager to ensure Contracts or statutory Certification are renewed on time.
Assist the Manager to supervise and manage team of Technician(s) to ensure their performance are up to expectation and assigned tasks are follow through and provides regular update of status and progress. This includes their response to incident and CMMS are attended and completed timely within established KPI.
Attend to service call(s) and to also ensure M&E Systems are operational including planning, reviewing and proposing any improvement to existing M&E Systems
Provides support for emergency call-back service, Fire Evacuation Drill, scheduled or ad-hoc Fire Alarm and PA Testing, and any statutory inspection such as Annual Fire Certificate renewal, Annual Power Shutdown in Suntec City including Suntec Convention, etc.
Must familiarize and execute established emergency contact list, SOP/Workflow and to review and create new SOP, workflow, work processes to make improvements to existing SOP, workflow, work processes, etc. to harness resources effectively and efficiently for maximum productivity
Prepare tender and/or quotation specifications, reports and performs other related administrative works
Plan and manages expenditure within approved budget and timely submission of invoices, claims and payments.
Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management.
Experience Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Candidate certified as Singapore Certified Energy Manager, Fire Safety Manager, Water Efficiency Manager and/or Green Mark Facilities Manager will be an added advantage.
Familiarize and conversant with BMSMA, LTSA, Legislations, Code of Practice, Singapore Standards, Guidelines, Regulations, etc.
Minimum 3 years' experience in managing M&E Systems in Grade "A" Commercial and/or Mixed Development Environment and able to handle stress and fast paced environment.
