Description:
The Proposal Development Team Lead will report to the Director of Business Development - APAC and will lead a team of Proposal Development Co-ordinators and Leads to ensure generation of site specific and global proposals within the BD team are managed effectively and that appropriate support is provided to the Business Development Managers. The Proposal Development Team Lead will ensure that the proposals generated by their team are accurate, timely and consistent with the relevant BD policies and price lists.
Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the Proposal team when advising clients and generating proposals.
• Manage the team's workload, Trackwise records and Performance Appraisals
• Perform quote audits to ensure team are providing accurate proposals and advise team if additional training is required.
• Demonstrate sufficient experience of Almac's services to generate and offer guidance on complex proposals for established and new clients.
• Point of contact to other Almac Clinical Services sites and Almac Business Units
• Accompany team members during client site visits and in teleconferences as required to ensure client's requirements are fully understood and can be fulfilled within Almac.
• Co-ordinate and present Almac and Almac Clinical Services as required to clients during customer visits and audits.
• Support the delivery of training within the Clinical Services Proposal Team, ensuring there is a thorough understanding of the processes and activities required to effectively manage client queries and quotations.
• Support the Lead Investigator role by generating and assisting with quality reports
• Review the proposal team SOPs and generate updates as required.
• Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by management.

Criteria:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Experience within a customer facing role gnerating complex/ technical quotations
• Proficiency in MS suite
• Effective communication
• Methodical and accuate
• Organised
• Currently based in Singapore as the role is based in Singapore
