Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to work as part of a pursuit team to ensure the quality of the proposal and meet the client's specifications at the least cost Collaborate with 3rd party buyout equipment, vendors and Digital Solutions team for solution and integrate with various department to offer a complete integrated solution strategy and client specific requirements. Work closely with salespeople to provide design concepts and technical / commercial support. To lead and work with team members, Global Proposal Centre, Project Delivery Division and Finance in proposal activities. Develop value-added propositions and proposal writing. Conduct survey/investigation of Plants / Sites to identify Scope of Works for Project pursuit Update of monthly proposal records and ensure compliance of department documentation / processes with YEA QA Quality policies, governance & certifications requirement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) Relevant experience in ICSS systems such as DCS, FGS, ESD, BMS. Added advantage on 3rd party systems, telecom systems etc. 10 years of proposal creation, project engineering and/or sales engineering background on the above is preferred. Knowledge, understanding and work experience of L3 Solution packages like OTS, PIMS, AMADAS etc. is highly regarded. Travelling is required to customer offices/sites and regional country offices Strong knowledge and understanding of the major automation vendors, products, services and solutions that are most important in the field of Process Automation
