Job Profile Summary:
You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Enablement and responsible for driving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) digital agenda and adoption.
You will focus on one of the digital verticals in Distribution Digital Enablement Team - Prospecting Platform Team. You will lead the team to focus on digital strategy and building new digital capabilities / platforms to enable lead management, prospecting and managing relationship with existing customers.
You will also actively drive stakeholder management and change management for these new capabilities / platforms launched to drive maximum adoption across our channels.
