Job Profile Summary:
You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Enablement and responsible for driving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) digital agenda and adoption.

You will focus on one of the digital verticals in Distribution Digital Enablement Team - Prospecting Platform Team. You will lead the team to focus on digital strategy and building new digital capabilities / platforms to enable lead management, prospecting and managing relationship with existing customers.

You will also actively drive stakeholder management and change management for these new capabilities / platforms launched to drive maximum adoption across our channels.

The role will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

Digital

  • Drive initiatives to implement new platform or build new capabilities to enhance our CRM and other distributor services capabilities.
  • Maintain / migrate current CRM capabilities
  • Review the design and implementation of new features / functionalities
  • Recommend digital solutions to enhance our CRM capabilities
  • Steer distribution business / digital requirements in the design of new platforms and digital capabilities by working closely with various departments across organization (inc. Distribution, Customer, Risk and Compliance)
  • Oversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance team in UAT
  • Driving adoption strategy, change management, training and communications in new launches / releases
People and Business Leadership
  • Lead the Distribution Lead Engagement Platform team to ensure execution excellence across new digital initiatives in our CRM platform(s)
  • Work closely with key Business Generation stakeholders to drive business development opportunities in line with the strategic direction
  • Collaborate with regional Pulse Center of Excellence teams as Distribution single point of contact in strategy and execution
  • Work closely with PACS Technology, Customer, Compliance and Risks to ensure quality in delivery, maximise business value and enhance prioritization decisions
  • Engage distributors in the design process to ensure user-led design that drive ambassadorship and meet customers and business needs
  • Support Head of Digital Enablement to build the business case and develop the local ACR for each new platform where applicable
Who we are looking for:
  • A degree in a discipline related to Digital, Information System & Technology
  • Min. 6 years in financial services related industry; and
  • Preferred experience in digital and/or project management, navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
