Job Description

Position Title: Provider Network Executive

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the researching, collating and updating of providers\xe2\x80\x99 tariff so as to maintain Cigna in network providers\xe2\x80\x99 data accuracy in the new provider\xe2\x80\x99s database.

Reports to: Provider Relations Manager

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

• Providers\xe2\x80\x99 Data Management and Administration
• Reach out to in network providers to obtain the latest updated tariffs.
• Validates providers\xe2\x80\x99 tariff and agreed preferred rates, follow by uploading onto the new provider\xe2\x80\x99s database.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in APAC and other Region to ensure signed contracts and agreed preferred rates are uploaded in the new providers\xe2\x80\x99 database accurately and timely.
• Analyze the tariffs collated across different specialties and disciplines.
• Cross check Cigna Portal to ensure in network providers\xe2\x80\x99 database are accurate and correctly reflected.
• Support other initiatives on the database migration to the new provider\xe2\x80\x99s database.

• Liaising with internal stakeholders in different time zones
• Understanding of the different processes and systems across the organization

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:

• Diploma qualifications and above
• 3 or more years of working experience in health insurance / healthcare industry / TPA or brokers
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Healthcare landscape
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
