Job Title Provisioning Analyst (Singapore)



What is the opportunity?

As the Provisioning Analyst, you will be responsible for Service Request Management for mobility services and related initiative/project coordination/support within Global Mobility Provisioning Services to meet the requirements of RBC.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the monitoring and processing of systems across multiple platforms
• Ensure proper documentation is gathered and analyzed on a daily basis in order to achieve root cause on all incidents
• Ensures problems are quickly identified through review, Monitoring, Inbound calls, e-mail or tickets while providing the highest possible level of production support and service to clients. Engages appropriate operations/support personnel on a technical level to resolve in a timely manner
• Accountable for consultation and issue resolution as first point of inquiry/escalation and problem resolution for all provisioning/procurement activities
• Support the team's responsibilities for ensuring all incidents that are reported have been responded to within all SLAs
• Review billing for accuracy, usage, overages, etc.
• Plan management, changing plans for overages and for user needs
• Maintaining technology currency
• Meet with the vendor for monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Identification & documentation of escalations/gaps/trends to reduce problem re-occurrences
• Submit and process access requests for multiple domains, platforms and applications across the RBC enterprise

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• The role would typically require 2 - 4 years of experience
• Technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint)
• Experience with mobile devices, technology and/or services
• Experience with direct end user support
• Technical writing skills (e.g. user requirements, use cases)

Nice-to-have

• Being degree educated in Computer Science or a related field is a nice-to-have, but not essential
• ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis
• Technical Certification in an IT area
