We are seeking an experienced
Psychologist
with extensive expertise in
individual and couple therapy
to join our established clinical team.
The role involves supporting clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, including expatriates from
Northern and Western Europe
, and contributing to the clinic's continued growth and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological consultations, intake assessments, and evaluations.
Develop, implement, and monitor personalised treatment and intervention plans.
Deliver therapy for adults and couples using evidence-based modalities.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, counsellors, and healthcare professionals.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive case notes and progress reports.
Design and facilitate psycho-educational talks, workshops, and group sessions.
Provide clinical supervision and contribute to team development.
Engage in ongoing supervision, training, and professional learning.
Requirements
Minimum
15+ years of relevant clinical experience
in private, public, or academic settings.
Master's degree
or higher in Clinical, Health, or Rehabilitation Psychology from a recognised university.
Registered
with a recognised professional body in the country of training.
Strong background in treating
anxiety, trauma, mood, and personality disorders
.
Skilled in
ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR
, and
somatic/nervous-system regulation
approaches.
Proven experience integrating couples-therapy models such as
Gottman Method
,
Schema Therapy for Couples
, and
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
.
Experienced in
training and psychoeducation
for caregivers or professionals.
Demonstrated sensitivity to
multicultural and expatriate populations
.
Available to work
evenings and/or weekends
where needed.
Desired Attributes
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with
neurodivergent clients
or
clients with brain injuries
is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of
Benelux or Western European cultural contexts
is highly valued.
