You will work with a team of psychologists to use psychological principles, tools, and operational research to meet various assessment objectives and organizational needs. What you will be working on
You will apply scientific principles and methodology to design psychological assessment frameworks, research studies and screening tools. You will be involved in conducting literature reviews and running psychometric screening on the ground. You will also draft proposals and reports related to capability development or research findings, co-ordinating and establishing standard operational processes related to data collection, cleaning, and analyses, and engage with internal stakeholders in providing psychological solutions or professional inputs. You will translate operational problems into quantifiable research questions, leverage on statistical tools to derive insights from real world data that can help enhance organizational effectiveness. You may also conduct psychological assessment, counselling and support for in-service personnel. What we are looking for
You must have a degree in Psychology. Possession of a postgraduate degree or diploma in counselling or counselling psychology will be preferred. You must have a strong foundation in independent research, scientific methodology and research design, and be proficient in the use of statistical tools such as R or SPSS. You must have experience in counselling psychology in either a clinical or workplace setting. You should also be adept in analytical and critical thinking, possess strong writing and verbal communication skills, and be a good team player.
