Part Time Accountant cum Administrator (Education)

Responsibilities

Able to do full set of accounting ( including salary preparation and GST ) Finance (Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment) Preparing Monthly Account Report Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks Interact and coordinate effectively with clients / stakeholder on finance and administrative matters Respond to enquiries and feedback on finance matter Administrative documentation Coordinating on Grant application and submission.
Skills and Experience Required:

At least a year of related working experience ( in account ) . Those with experience in the WSQ Administrative will have an added advantage Possess good initiative, outgoing and a great team player Excellent communication, troubleshooting and general management skills Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude Able to work independently and as well as a team player Must have accounting experience .

Salary: $400.00 - $750.00 per month
