LOTTE DUTY FREE Changi Airport Store began its operation in June 2020 and it is the largest overseas stores that offers an exclusive liquor & tobacco shop. We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities- Manage transactions with customers using POS system
- Collect payments whether in cash or cashless payment
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- No experience are welcome to apply, training will be provide
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Meticulous
- Comfortable to work retail and shift hours
- Comfortable to handle liquor and tobacco products
- Must be 21 years old and above as per Tobacco Act
- Monthly allowances up to $255
- Attractive commission scheme
- Annual leave up to 18 days/ calendar year
- Medical and dental insurance
