Wheathead is a small-batch artisanal bakery featuring seasonal produce and a frequently rotating menu. Our Front-of-House team is integral in our efforts to build a community and space that our customers look forward to returning to.
We are on the hunt for a Part-Time Front-of-House service staff. This role requires a minimum of 3 full shifts per week, including at least 1 weekend. Shifts start at 6:30-7am and end at 2:30pm or so. Some flexibility can be discussed.
The ideal candidate should:
Have experience in a customer-facing role in a F&B setting. Plus points if interacting with customers/people is something you like!
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Possess a basic WSQ food safety certificate
Have a pleasant disposition and be well-groomed at all times
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Being able to run day-to-day operations of the bakery in the Front of House according to SOPs.
Assisting in preparing and packing/serving beverages and food (no table service - we are mostly a quick service takeaway, with a standing counter)
Providing friendly service to customers and handling enquiries and feedback.
Helping with inventory management for FOH operations and for our retail shelf.
Cashiering - operating the POS system accurately
General housekeeping - this includes maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the store, as well as bussing and washing/drying dishes
This role is open to Singaporeans / PRs only.
F&B experience is essential.
Remuneration listed is hourly.
