Job Description

Assist the company in all activities relating to fundraising as well as business partnerships and development for new cutting edge technologies related to vaccine manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing and wearable medical diagnostic devices.Perform all routine office administration tasks.Liaison between head office in USA and global offices all over Asia and Europe, coordinate wrinkle free smooth communications, reporting, meetings and participation. Make sure to coordinate timelines and deliverables as well as avoid duplicative works.Give independent perspectives to seniors and keep the team informed on all relevant issues. Research, update and maintain business partnership database on a timely basis including basic meeting / initiative memorialization / recordingTake care of website and email domain related issues as well as statutory and banking related matters for the company as required and directed by company's senior management.The working hours will be flexible, between 9 am and 5 pm. However, few meetings after hours with overseas time zones may be required. Occasionally, in case of ny urgencies, answering messages immediately is also expected after hours.Knowledge of fundraising documents and process will be a plus.Job Type: Part-time
