The PT Telesales Executive is responsible for generating new business and expanding merchant relationships through tele-sales . The primary objective is to sell products/services to potential merchants to achieve sales targets, alongside the Business Development Team. Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential merchants through cold-calling and prospecting (cold leads will be given)
Communicate with merchants to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company\'s products/services and pricing
Achieve and exceed sales targets by fixing appointments with potential merchants for our Business Development Team
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
Job Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Others:
Part-time: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri), any 4 hours between 9.30am-6.30pm!
