- To serve as a liaison for all public relations matter for new contract
- To assist Authorities (LTA, PUB, JTC, HDB & etc) in the running of their PR programmes
- To attend meetings, briefings, presentations with Authorities
- Data entry and documentation
- Monitor and tabulate weekly report from public feedback
- Tabulate monthly report for face 2 face engagement
- Meeting with entity for areas of improvement
- Other ad-hoc duties with regards to Customer service
- Assist to help out ad-hoc duties / admin tasks at Project Site Office
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent.
- Min of 3 years of experience for PRO in Construction industry.
- Experience with PUB-DTSS Project would be advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with staff at all levels, located within office and at satellite offices.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
- Customer Service experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks assigned.
