Public Relation Officer- Able to communicate, work and train staff.- Ensure Workplace is Clean and Hygiene at all the Time.- General understanding in daily shop operation.- To deal and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on public relations matters related to the contract.- Provide support and assistance to clients and co-ordinate with clients in handling any complaints.- Promote good relations with staffs and management- Develop positive relationship and maintain good rapport with different tenant.- Maintain proper record of all PR cases, correspondences and communication materials.- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.Job RequirementsPossess at least degree qualification & above education.No experience requiredGood work ethics & ability to multitask & work efficiently under pressure.Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, responsible, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work in a fast paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
