Job Description
- Remuneration package: Up to SGD$2,800 Basic + Variable Bonus
- Singapore Construction project
- Location: Ubi
- 5.5 Days office hour, Alternate Saturday
- Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
- Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project and work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
- Take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from the construction activities
- Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations and company policies
- Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
- Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
- Working closely with all contractors and taking proactive measures to mitigate all complaints arising from the construction activities
- Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
- Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required
- GCE \'O\'/\'A\' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
