Job Description

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility. Develop and distribute press releases, media advisories, and thought leadership content aligned with company messaging. Proactively pitch story ideas and secure media coverage that supports brand objectives. Track and analyze media coverage, providing detailed reports and actionable insights. Assist in creating and implementing crisis communication plans. Draft holding statements, FAQs, and media responses under senior guidance. Monitor public sentiment and media narratives to support timely and effective response strategies. Research and identify relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities. Lead or support the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of award entries. Manage submission timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs. Maintain and update core brand communication tools, including media kits, executive bios, and company fact sheets. Ensure all public-facing materials consistently reflect brand tone, style, and messaging. Work closely with design and content teams to keep assets current and aligned with ongoing campaigns.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications. Proven success in securing media coverage and managing press outreach. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience managing sensitive communications and crisis situations. Familiarity with Public Relation tools such as Cision, Farseer, or comparable platforms.
