We are looking for a Public Relations & Communications Manager to join either our Singapore or Clark, Philippines office on a full-time basis! Playing an integral leadership role in the Brand Communications Team, the PR & Communications Manager will be responsible for the external and internal communications efforts across Asia and the Pacific Rim for Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific across our three vacation clubs – Club Wyndham South Pacific, IHC by Club Wyndham & Club Wyndham Asia, along with selected managed hotels and resorts across the region. How You'll Shine In this role you will have the ability to use your innovative and creative thought processes to develop long and short-term public relations and communications plans and strategies for the Asia region, including copy writing, editing and proof reading of corporate and external promotional material, including direct mail, web, print, radio and video footage. You will also be responsible for internal communication, award nominations, speech scripting and the management of selected social media accounts. By arranging and hosting media famils around the region, you will introduce key staff members to local media organisations, provide press kits to our properties and provide support to our resorts with promotions and deals by way of media exposure. • Tertiary qualifications in journalism, creative writing or communications.
• Possess an extensive media contact/distribution list for Asia
• Have existing working relationships with a range of media in the Asia regions
• Preferably have a working relationship with airlines re. famils etc.
• Experience in a similar role in preparing copy for publications, marketing and advertising collateral.
