Grow PR is looking for a Public Relations Consultant.We are looking for an individual who is adventurous and up for a challenge.This role will best suit someone who enjoys working with start-ups and SMEs.He or she should have 3 to 4 years of public relations experience and are eager to be exposed to working with B2B/B2C technology and lifestyle clients.You will get to delve deep into the exciting world of new technological advancements!You will enjoy working closely with founders to develop their brands, build relationships within your industry sector as well as building out media strategies that work effectively across Asia.You are someone who are familiar with public relations and are looking to take on new challenges (eg. business development and account management).You must excel at problem solving; enjoy learning new skills quickly and are open minded about opportunities outside of traditional public relations fields.At Grow PR, we are a lean and agile team aimed at building the reputations of start-ups and SMEs.You will be involved in:

• Planning, implementing and managing public relations strategies
• Organising and managing various Public Relations activities
• Measuring performance of each activity and event
• Determine KPIs for PR
• Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
• Explore different channels to optimise campaign's reach and success
• Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand
• Arrange and coordinate interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists and influencers
• Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in communications/marketing
• 3 to 4 years' experience in a PR agency
• Eagerness to be exposed to different industries
• Good written and verbal communication
• Keen on working with start-up/SME clients
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Open to explore business development roles (eg. sales calling, account management, client relationships etc.)
