The internship programme is a 3-6-month, full time basis. Interested parties must be able to commit a minimum 3 months full time training. Full time employment may be offered to interns upon the completion of the internship programme based on work performance and business needs

Responsibilities

Research and Consumer Insights

Conduct desktop research on target audience, brand, product/service, trends, competitors, media publications

Analyse the data collected

Provide recommendations based on data analysis and insights

Generate, develop and pitch ideas / solutions

Brainstorm for and participate in business development

Client Servicing and Management

Participate in briefings, WIPs, presentations to clients

Develop meeting minutes / contact reports

Public Relations

Collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage

Support PR communications, including but not limited to media pitching, media follow-up, sourcing for media kits or materials for PR events, facilitating media interview/filming opportunities, developing and updating media list, recording and transcribing media interviews

Write and develop communications materials, including but not limited to event listing, media invitation/rsvp, media release, factsheets, spokesperson briefing documents, WIP/contact reports, communications plan/story bank, presentation slides, pitch notes

Use subscription/digital tools (e.g. Meltwater, Telum, Buzzsumo, Google Data Studio) to support PR activities

Support in PR events management and coordination

Social Media & Digital

Support the daily community, content and page management needs

Ideating and developing content for various social media platforms and needs

Reporting and analysing on page and content

Use of tools (Facebook Creator Studio, Social Bakers, Later, Klarity, etc) to support social media activities

Social Comms & Influencer Outreach

Support daily influencer outreach needs

Identifying and developing relationships with influencers

Writing and developing of materials, including but not limited to briefs, invites, reports, factsheets, comms plans

Reporting and analysing on organic and paid influencer campaigns

Use of tools (Klear, etc) to support social comms needs
