ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented PR Lead who can build organic awareness for the Circles and Circles X brand in our key markets through leveraging the professional media and relevant influencers with news pitches, relationship building and content creation.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Define the overall PR Strategy for the Circles brand and our B2B platform, Circles X
• Craft and own the regional PR Calendar and PR Toolkits in sync with any of our brand, thought leadership and growth initiatives
• Run any or onboard any new PR agencies, and be responsible for on-going management of said agencies and activities
• Build media lists and be responsible for our media relationships in relevant key markets
• Take ownership of all PR operations, from messaging, positioning, pitching to content creation
• Oversee all aspects of our public relations department, including both internal and external communications, crisis management, thought leadership, iterative PR measurement, to multimedia development & visual storytelling
• Evaluate important success metrics that affect our various growth initiatives, app usage and target audience
• Ensure alignment with other departments where needed for region-wide campaigns

and initiatives * Develop new ideas to build brand equity and growth and establish ourselves as a leading global tech company

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have proven in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms
• Possess a strong interest in general knowledge, geopolitics, social issues,

diverse perspectives and culture * Have 8+ years of public relations experience in an Internet/ technology company (client side or agency side is fine too) ideally working within a fast-paced and

competitive environment * Have demonstrable ability of a growth mindset, ideally with strong business acumen and understanding of how PR relates to brand equity, thought leadership and growth

• Ideally have experience outside of Singapore covering other global markets
• A passion for winning
• Experience using data/analytics to measure the impact of your work
• A \xe2\x80\x9cget shit done\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
