In this PR Manager position, you\'ll be a key part of our team, specialising in securing editorial placements, interviews, speaking opportunities, and media attendance at events. We are looking for a talented communicator with a passion for facilitating meaningful business connections. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Effective communications skills . Taking care to articulate your thought processes and contribute to the team by expressing your ideas clearly.
• Exceptional writing proficiency . A knack for translating ideas into meaningful words \xe2\x80\x94 vital for crafting press releases, feature articles, success stories, and other communications materials.
• An eagle\xe2\x80\x99s eye . More accurately, a meticulous approach to your work \xe2\x80\x94 especially useful for spotting errors when proofreading written content or checking design artwork.
• Excellent time management skills . Several tasks may scream for your attention at any given time, but you must stay organised, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.
• Patience . B2B products and technologies may not be as easily understood as consumer products like gadgets, make-up, or gym memberships. Maintain an attitude of dedication, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be fine.
• Ownership . Take pride in doing your work well; only then will you see how others come to appreciate the fruits of your labour.

• Good grasp of the Chinese language . A good proportion of our work involves communicating with media and clients based in China, so this is a non-negotiable.

• PR counsel \xe2\x80\x94 Consult with clients to develop appropriate public relations strategies and messages, along with well-managed tactics.
• Written communications \xe2\x80\x94 Craft press releases, feature articles, and success stories to convey the business value of clients\xe2\x80\x99 product and service offerings.
• Media relations \xe2\x80\x94 Liaise with local, regional, and international media about editorial opportunities, as well as generate targeted publicity in business and trade media (print/online).
• Media monitoring \xe2\x80\x94 Browse through various publications/websites and compile clippings of media coverage for clients.
• Marketing communications \xe2\x80\x94 Develop marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, newsletters, websites) catered to clients\xe2\x80\x99 partners and customers.
• Trade show media support \xe2\x80\x94 Maximise clients\xe2\x80\x99 presence at events by working with show organisers and participating trade media.
• Research \xe2\x80\x94 Execute market/media research and analyse findings.
