Job Description

We are a group of companies headquartered in Singapore with a proven track record in a niche segment of the construction industry. Due to expansion, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will manage all documentation for the project and is based in at project site.

Responsibilities:

Public Relations

• Handle enquiries, complaints or feedbacks and take remedial actions
• Work closely with project stakeholders and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from construction activities.
• Maintaining and regularly updating a PR Database recording all PR letters served, contact detail, engagements and follow up actions.
• Be on site upon activation to deal with public relation matters.
• Assist project managers on daily administration works

• Record all incoming & outgoing correspondences
• Record all transmittals of design & project documentation
• Update & file all originals & revisions of project/design submission & approval
• Prepare project/design documents and provide admin support
• Verify project related invoicing / claims against project documentation
• Coordinate with project team to ensure compliance of all documentation
• Monitor & adhere to timeline for processing & updating of documents
• Provide regular updates to Project Manager on documentation status/progress
• Responsible for full inventory of documentation & its easy retrieval
  

• Diploma/ Degree in Public Relations/ business studies/ Administration/ Management or other associated disciplines.
• Proficient in using computer software applications such as Microsoft office, construction applications and document management systems.
• Detail oriented and organized
• Able to work independently without much guidance.
• Strong communication skills
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a construction company.
