a. To serve as a liaison for all public relations matter for new contract. b. To assist Authorities (LTA, PUB, JTC, HDB & etc) in the running of their PR programmes. c. To attend meetings, briefings, presentations with authorities. d. Data entry and documentation. e. Monitor and tabulate weekly report from public feedback. f. Tabulate monthly report for face 2 face engagement. g. Meeting with entity for areas of improvement. h. Other ad-hoc duties with regards to Customer service. i. Assist to help out ad-hoc duties / admin tasks at Project Site Office.
Job Requirements
a. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree ot equivalent. b. Min of 3 years of experience for PRO in Construction industry. c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with staff at all levels, located within office and at satellite offices. d. Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs. e. Customer Service experience will be an advantage. f. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks assigned.
