Handle verbal & written feedbacks from stakeholders in the form of emails, letters and face to face meet up
Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case
Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works
Design and prepare monthly newsletter (if required) to update residents and public on the work progress
Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders
Organize and co-ordinate both planned and ad-hoc rectification works in the upgrading precinct
Maintains the reputation and goodwill of the company
Public relation monthly report and weekly management meeting updates
Carry out pre and post condition survey within influence zone
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Communication / Marketing / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification
