Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders living/working near to construction site
Prepare the Public Relations program and plan to be reviewed by the Manager and for onward submission to the client for approval.
Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Provide a hotline for the public to feedback
Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by the construction works
Co-ordinate Project Briefings for LTA, project team and stakeholders. Prepare correspondence letters, newsletters, circulars and notices to residents and stakeholders
Prepare monthly reports, current engagement reports, and engagement programmes for clients (LTA)
Perform site walks, house-to-house visits to residential areas
PR administrative work
The Requirements:
Possess Degree in Communication/Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Preferable having experience in LTA project
Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent
Possess strong analytical skills and attentive to details
