That way we can be a seamless extension of their team as we help them achieve their objectives together effectively.If this is a challenge that is part of your DNA, and one that drives you too, come be a part of our team today.ResponsibilitiesResearch and Consumer InsightsConduct desktop research on target audience, brand, product/service, trends, competitors, media publicationsAnalyse the data collectedProvide recommendations based on data analysis and insightsGenerate, develop and pitch ideas / solutionsBrainstorm for and participate in business developmentClient Servicing and ManagementParticipate in briefings, WIPs, presentations to clientsDevelop meeting minutes / contact reportsPublic RelationsCollate, analyse and evaluate media coverageSupport PR communications, including but not limited to media pitching, media follow-up, sourcing for media kits or materials for PR events, facilitating media interview/filming opportunities, developing and updating media list, recording and transcribing media interviewsWrite and develop communications materials, including but not limited to event listing, media invitation/rsvp, media release, factsheets, spokesperson briefing documents, WIP/contact reports, communications plan/story bank, presentation slides, pitch notesUse subscription/digital tools (e.g. Meltwater, Telum, Buzzsumo, Google Data Studio) to support PR activitiesSupport in PR events management and coordinationSocial Media & DigitalSupport the daily community, content and page management needsIdeating and developing content for various social media platforms and needsReporting and analysing on page and contentUse of tools (Facebook Creator Studio, Social Bakers, Later, Klarity, etc) to support social media activitiesSocial Comms & Influencer OutreachSupport daily influencer outreach needsIdentifying and developing relationships with influencersWriting and developing of materials, including but not limited to briefs, invites, reports, factsheets, comms plansReporting and analysing on organic and paid influencer campaignsUse of tools (Klear, etc) to support social comms needsApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
