With rapid expansion in its business geographically and product category, BPG is seeking for dynamic and enthusiastic Publishing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the academic publishing industry. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the entire publishing process.The internship manager is committed to providing the intern with the training, guidance and support necessary to complete the below duties and responsibilities effectively and within the internship period.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and audience preferences.
  • Assist in the creation of data-driven reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Aid in the preparation of marketing materials, press releases, and social media content.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Engage in customer outreach and support, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  • Contribute to the coordination of publishing schedules and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining databases, files, and records.
  • Support various tasks related to event planning, conferences, and author workshops.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with an ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for academic publishing and an interest in understanding marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
