Job description
Source and negotiate for competitive pricing based on BOM requirements and forecast Generate PO, trace and track purchase processes Create and maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery Liaise with supplier for delivery, quality related issue Receive shipment, quality and quantity checking Ensure accuracy of all inventories, all parts are properly numbered and tagged Support sales team for costing based on customer RFQ Packing for spare part job/consignment parts, prepare packing list Liaise with sales team/forwarder for import/export shipment arrangement Coordinate deliveries for repair or return items Ensure warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries Ensure warehouse security related work Other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant working experience Training will be provided Posses can-do attitude, self-motivated and a good team player Proactive, work independently Strong co-ordination and follow-up skills
