To assist and collate purchase orders
To assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers.
To liaise with shipping agents
To assist in co-ordination with the team on product information, price availability, documentation requirements and delivery schedule.
To support in purchasing daily routines.
To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.
Ensure compliance to ISO standard operating procedures
Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time

Requirements:

Relevant experience in similar role preferred but not a must as training on job will be provided.
Able to work independently under fast paced environment
Able to work in a team and be customer oriented
Strong work commitment with positive attitude
