Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Purchasing
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and quality products.
Ensure timely purchase of goods, materials, and services to support business operations.
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
Logistics & Operations
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end logistics, including local and overseas shipments.
Ensure smooth supply chain operations to meet customer and business requirements.
Implement efficient processes for inventory, warehousing, and delivery management.
Manpower & Recruitment
Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Manage staff deployment, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle HR-related matters such as staff performance, training needs, and compliance with manpower regulations.
General Operations
Assist in day-to-day office administration and operational matters.
Monitor budgets and operational costs to improve efficiency.
Provide management with regular reports on purchasing, logistics, and manpower activities. Handle Social Media platform
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
Strong understanding of manpower planning and recruitment processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
